Safe Shoes Child ID™ is an extremely durable paper-thin 3" x 1" self-laminating vinyl label that is adhered inside a child's shoes, and contains space for five phone numbers and three names of people your child can call if they are lost or in trouble. In a high stress situation, such as being lost, a child may forget their phone number, or even their parents' names. Safe Shoes labels empower children because they know they can always reach help if needed. If your child is missing, there is a greater chance of rescue if they can reach a trusted adult show them their Safe Shoes. The important message on the label ("This child may be lost or in trouble. Please assist by calling contact numbers") alerts an adult to a serious situation.

How Safe Shoes Work

You simply fill out your contact information, peel the backing off a clear laminate strip attached to the label (not visible in photo), seal the laminate over the label to make it tamper-proof and waterproof, then peel the backing off the label and stick it into your child's shoe from the heel inward. The child's name is not written on the label, for safety purposes.

Safe Shoes labels permanently adhere inside any type of shoe and cannot be felt by the wearer. Complete instructions describing how to fill out and apply each label are clearly printed on every label backing.
